The PowerBoost feature on the Fisher & Paykel CI365DTB4 induction cooktop allows you to quickly bring liquids to a boil or achieve high heat for specialized cooking tasks. To use the PowerBoost feature, follow these steps:
1. Place a pot or pan on the desired cooking zone.
2. Select the cooking zone by touching the corresponding Touch&Slide control.
3. Once the cooking zone is selected, press the PowerBoost button located on the control panel.
4. The PowerBoost function will activate, providing a very high heat output.
5. Keep an eye on the pot or pan as it reaches the desired temperature, as the PowerBoost feature is designed to bring liquids to a boil in less than a minute.
6. Once the desired temperature is reached, you can adjust the heat level using the Touch&Slide control.
Please note that the PowerBoost feature is available on all cooking zones of the CI365DTB4 cooktop. It is important to exercise caution when using the PowerBoost feature, as the high heat output can cause rapid boiling or overheating if not monitored closely.
