To adjust the temperature control on the DAEMA DFZ-368SCCG Display Showcase, locate the temperature control xxxx on the veneer or tabletop of the chiller. The temperature control xxxx has positions labeled from "1" to "7".
- When the control xxxx is in the "Q" position, the compressor does not operate.
- Turning the control xxxx from "1" to "7" adjusts the temperature in the cabinet from high to low. Setting the xxxx to "1" will result in a higher temperature, while setting it to "4" or "7" will result in the lowest temperature.
- If quick-freeze is required, set the control xxxx to "5" - "7". However, this should only be used in emergencies and not frequently. Prolonged use of the quick-freeze function may cause the temperature in the cabinet to become too low and potentially damage the bottles inside.
It is important to note that the initial temperature adjustment may take up to 2 hours for the appliance to reach the desired temperature. After adjusting the temperature control, close the door and allow the appliance to come to normal working conditions before storing beverages.
