To use the steam function on the AEG BSE778280M SteamCrisp Convection Oven, follow these steps:
1. Fill the water reservoir: Open the oven door and locate the water reservoir at the bottom left corner. Remove the reservoir by pulling it towards you. Fill it with clean, cold tap water up to the MAX level indicated. Place the reservoir back into its position.
2. Select the steam function: Turn the oven on by pressing the "On/Off" button. Use the function selector xxxx to choose the steam function. The steam symbol will be displayed on the oven's control panel.
