To install the Brilliant E27 HOLDER Oyster Light Kit on your Pacifica AC Ceiling Fan, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the mains supply is switched off before starting the installation.
2. Carefully unpack the fixture and place it on a flat surface. Dispose of the packaging material thoughtfully.
3. Unscrew the xxxx -in button from the fan in an anticlockwise direction.
4. Use long nose pliers or a similar tool to pull out the wires from the fan, one at a time.
5. Unscrew the decorative xxxx nut to remove the diffuser. Set it aside.
6. Attach the light housing to the fan where the xxxx -in button was previously removed.
7. Double-check that the light housing is securely tightened and firmly attached. Trim off any excess wires to a reasonable length before wiring them up to the terminal block if necessary.
8. Remove the terminal block cover and connect the Live (L) and Neutral (N) wires according to the markings on the terminal block. Ensure all connections are firm and secure.
9. Replace the terminal block cover and ensure it is secure.
10. Install a suitable E27 LED globe (not included) into the lampholder. Make sure not to exceed the maximum wattage of 20W. Then attach and secure the diffuser back to the light housing.
11. The installation is now completed.
12. Reconnect the mains supply and turn on the light.
Please note that if your fan previously used a wall control switch for the light, ensure that the fan light wires are connected to a light switch. If you are using a remote control, make sure it is equipped with a light function and that the wires are connected correctly.
