According to the user manual, it is recommended to replace the filter every 2 weeks or when the flow rate has noticeably reduced. For households with two or more cats, the filters may need to be replaced more frequently if they become blocked. Regularly replacing the filter ensures clean and fresh water for your pets.
Please note that the filter should be soaked in a clean bowl for 5 minutes before use, and rinsed under the water tap thoroughly. Do not soak the filter in the water tank of the fountain to avoid any surface dust.
