To clean the MOFFAT DR402 Premier Hot Cupboard, please follow these steps:
1. Disconnect the hot cupboard from the power supply and allow it to cool down.
2. Remove all food plates and dishes from the unit.
3. Do not use a water jet or pressure spray to clean the appliance.
4. Wipe the hot cupboard clean using hot, soapy water and a soft, non-abrasive cloth. Make sure to wipe the stainless steel surfaces in straight strokes following the grain of the material.
5. Dry the hot cupboard using a clean cloth. Do not use scouring pads or abrasive cleaners.
6. If necessary, you can remove the shelving and select inner panels to allow for a deeper internal clean. Make sure to replace all panels and fixings after cleaning.
7. Wash and dry the compartments after each use.
8. Finish by carefully drying the hot cupboard with a soft, dry cloth or kitchen towel.
9. Do not use solvents, bleach, caustic cleaners, or biological powders on any surface of the hot cupboard.
