To connect the AS 165 FL High Quality Flat-Line Loudspeaker to your car, please follow these steps:
1. Before starting, disconnect the negative pole of your car battery to ensure safety.
2. Check the polarity when connecting the speakers. It is important to connect the positive terminal of the speaker to the positive terminal of the car's audio system, and the negative terminal of the speaker to the negative terminal of the car's audio system.
3. We recommend installing the equipment by an authorized service center or dealer to ensure a professional fitting and connection. This is a requirement for further warranty and perfect sound.
4. When installing the speakers, it is important to use the original build-in positions for the best sound quality and an original look.
5. Pay attention to insulation and care during installation to ensure the speakers are installed flat and stable. This will greatly impact the sound quality.
6. Protect the speakers from heat, sunlight, mechanical influences, moisture, and wetness using accessories from AUDIO SYSTEM.
7. Install all cables as straight as possible without squashing or laying them over sharp edges to avoid short circuits or damage to your whole installation.
8. Be careful when removing original plastic parts of your car, as the fitting parts could be damaged and may need to be replaced.
9. The right polarity of all speakers is extremely important for the sound of your car audio system. We recommend changing the polarity of the tweeter to find the best possible sound. You can listen and/or measure the sound to determine the optimal polarity.
