To change the temperature unit on the Levenhuk Wezzer Cook MT20 Cooking Thermometer, simply press the °C/°F button (button 3) on the device. Each press of the button will toggle between Celsius and Fahrenheit. The current temperature unit will be displayed on the LCD screen.
