To replace the EMERSON XCM25D controller on your ZX/CF unit, follow these steps:
1. Disconnect the power supply to the unit and disconnect the protection connectors from the old controller.
2. Take note of the wire connections and disconnect all wires from the upper and lower parts of the controller.
3. Open the cover of the cable guidance and cut the cable ties. Disconnect the grey and brown cables from the compressor contactor and pull out the cables from the current sensors.
4. Unlock the 4 controller locks and remove the old controller.
5. Mount the new controller in the same place as the old one.
6. Connect the protection connectors to the new controller at the same terminals as before.
7. Reconnect all the wires to the upper and lower parts of the controller.
8. Secure the cables with new cable ties.
9. Ensure all connections are secure and tight.
10. Restore the power supply to the unit.
