To adjust the set temperature on the Stiebel Eltron DHB-E 11-27 Electronically Controlled Comfort Instantaneous Water Heater, follow these steps:
1. Locate the temperature selector on the appliance. It is a dial with temperature markings.
2. Turn the temperature selector anti-clockwise, past the "OFF" indicator and another five complete turns, until you enter temperature unit selection mode.
3. Select the desired temperature unit (either °C or °F) using the temperature selector.
4. After 30 seconds, the appliance will automatically exit the temperature unit selection mode and the selected temperature unit will be retained.
5. To set the desired temperature, turn the temperature selector to the desired temperature on the dial. The temperature can be set between 20 °C and 60 °C (or 68 °F and 140 °F).
Note: If the outlet temperature is not reaching the desired temperature when the draw-off valve is fully open and the temperature selector is set to the maximum, it may be due to a higher water flow rate than the heating system can handle. In this case, reduce the water volume until the preferred temperature delivery is achieved.
