The installation steps for the SLC TRL1 Safety Interlocking Device are as follows:

1. Calculate and measure the position of one side of the sensor installation and punch holes in the position of the unlocking handle on the back.
2. Rotate the sensor  xxxx  slider to the opposite side of the  xxxx  head to be fixed (each 90° rotation provides four installation directions).
3. Fix the actuator with four M4 screws at the side of the door, making sure not to obscure the unlocking  xxxx  and handle mounting holes.
4. Insert the actuator sensor jack (mechanical lock setting requires unlocking the  xxxx  to the logo location) and adjust the "mounting bracket installation direction" (for each installation, rotate 90° to provide three installation directions) with four M4 screws to lock the mounting bracket and actuator with the sensors, ensuring that the spacing between them is not greater than 3mm.
5. Fix the assembly of the "mounting bracket" and the actuator on the other side of the safety door with 2 M4 screws.
6. Turn the unlock  xxxx  to the logo position to ensure that the TRL1 safety lock can work normally.
7. Install the four actuator mounting hole anti-disassembly plugs into the actuator mounting hole.
