To start the generator, follow these steps:
1. Close the fuel valve.
2. Move the choke lever to the START position if the engine is cold. If the engine is warm, leave the choke lever in the RUN position.
3. Open the fuel valve.
4. Turn the engine switch to the ON position.
5. Grip the starter handle and pull it slowly several times to allow the gasoline to flow into the engine's carburetor.
6. Pull the starter handle quickly to start the engine. Repeat if necessary.
7. Allow the engine to run for several seconds and then slowly move the choke lever to the RUN position.
8. Let the engine warm up for a few minutes before connecting any electrical loads.
Note: Before starting the engine, make sure to check the oil level and fill it if necessary. Also, ensure that the generator is properly grounded before use.
