To control the Haier AD50S2PS1FA Slim Ducted Air Conditioner remotely using the SmartHQ™ app, you need to install the optional Wi-Fi accessory. Once the accessory is installed, follow these steps:
1. Download the SmartHQ™ app on your smartphone from the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Open the app and create an account or sign in if you already have one.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the app to your Wi-Fi network.
4. Once connected, the app will search for compatible devices. Make sure your air conditioner is turned on and within range of your Wi-Fi network.
5. Select your air conditioner from the list of available devices.
6. The app will prompt you to enter the device's unique ID or scan the QR code on the air conditioner's label to pair it with the app.
7. Once paired, you can control your air conditioner remotely using the app. You can adjust temperature settings, change modes, set timers, and more.
8. Additionally, if you have a smart home device with voice control capabilities, you can integrate it with the SmartHQ™ app to control your air conditioner using voice commands.
