To activate the UV Protect sterilization feature on the Haier AS71QEEHRA-SET Quartz Air Conditioner, you need to select the Health mode. In Health mode, the air conditioner uses built-in LED UV lights to kill airborne bacteria and viruses. Follow these steps to activate the feature:
1. Ensure that the air conditioner is powered on and connected to a power source.
2. Press the Mode button on the remote control or the control panel until the Health mode is selected. The Health mode is indicated by a symbol that resembles a person inside a house with a heart.
3. Once Health mode is selected, the UV Protect sterilization feature will be activated, and the air conditioner will start killing airborne pathogens.
