To connect the Arrival UK RPSS02 Radar Proximity Sensor to your vehicle's CAN bus, please follow these steps:
1. Connect the RPSS device to the CAN bus using the provided mating connector. The mating connector is a JAE MX44006SF1 connector.
2. Connect the other end of the CAN bus to the PEAK PCAN USB adapter.
3. Connect the PEAK PCAN USB adapter to a free USB port on your laptop.
4. Open a Linux Bash terminal and navigate to the Arrival folder on your computer.
5. Run the following script to initialize the Host CAN interface: sudo ./can_bring_up.sh
6. Power on the RPSS device and wait for 20 seconds.
7. Run the CAN Transmit GUI application: ./tx_gui.py
By following these steps, you should be able to successfully connect the Arrival UK RPSS02 Radar Proximity Sensor to your vehicle's CAN bus.
