To assemble the LUMBERJACK WB1520D2 Solid Wooden Bench, please follow the instructions provided in the user manual. Here is a step-by-step guide:
Stage 1: Assembly of work bench frame
1. Gather the required parts: A) x1, B) x4, C) x4, C1) x4, 1) x2, 2) x2, and 3) x1.
2. Place a washer (C1) over bolt (C) and insert it through the side leg (1) to attach the lower support bracket (2).
3. Insert the dowel nut into the pre-cut hole on the support bracket (2) and tighten it using the allen key (A).
4. Repeat the above steps for the second side leg (1).
5. Insert the bottom shelf (3) by sliding it into the recess of the support bracket (2).
6. Attach the second support bracket (2) to the side legs (1) using bolt (C), washer (C1), and dowel nut (B).
Stage 2: Attaching the drawer runners, upper support brackets, and table top
1. Gather the required parts: D) x8, E) x4, C1) x4, 4) x2, 5) x1, and 6) x1. You will also need a cross-headed screwdriver and a 13mm spanner.
2. Attach the upper support bracket (4) to the side leg (1) using xxxx (D). Repeat for both support brackets (4).
3. Attach the middle drawer runner (6) using xxxx (D), ensuring the xxxx locates into the pilot hole on the middle drawer runner (6).
4. Ensure the middle drawer (6) matches the side legs (1) and is flush to the front of the bench.
5. Attach the table top (5) using screws (E) and washers (C1) from underneath the table top (5) to secure the bench frame.
6. Attach the vice (7) to the front of the table top (5) into the pre-drilled holes on the right.
Stage 3: Assembly of the drawers
1. Gather the required parts: 8) x4, 9) x4, 10) x4, 11) x4, 12) x4, 13) x4, F) x32, and G) x8. You will also need a cross-headed screwdriver.
2. Place both sides and back (8), (9), and (10) on the table top (5) with the rails facing outwards and the recess to the bottom.
3. Secure all three pieces together using screws (F).
4. Slide the drawer bottom (11) into the recess of the drawer sides and back (8), (9), and (10).
5. Attach the drawer handle (13) using xxxx (G) from the rear of the drawer front (12).
6. Attach the front of the drawer (12) to the sides of the drawer (8) and (9) using screws (F). Repeat for all four drawers.
7. When inserting the drawers, ensure the runner clip is facing forwards.
Once you have completed these stages, your LUMBERJACK WB1520D2 Solid Wooden Bench should be fully assembled and ready to use.
