To clean the KitchPRO Pizza Maker, first unplug the appliance and let it cool down to room temperature. Use a damp cloth to clean the outside of the Pizza Maker. Never dip or immerse the appliance in water or any other liquids. To clean the stone, never use cooking oil, water, or detergents. Scrape off any excess food with a spatula or a stiff-bristled brush, and wipe clean with a paper towel or a clean dishcloth. Avoid using a knife or pizza cutter on the stone to prevent damage.
