To perform a factory reset on the Zennio KNX Secure Securel v2 Encrypted Relay, follow these steps:
1. Put the device in safe mode by powering it up with the programming button pressed until the programming LED flashes.
2. Release the programming button. It will continue to flash.
3. Press and hold the programming button for 10 seconds. While pressing the button, it will light up in red. The reset will occur when the LED momentarily turns off.
Please note that performing a factory reset will restore the device to its original factory settings. This process will delete the Tool Key, BCU password, and reset the individual address to the default value of 15.15.255.
It is important to keep in mind that performing a factory reset will make the device unusable unless it is reprogrammed with the necessary settings and configurations.
