To connect the GIGA COPPER NETWORKS G4202T G.hn Master and Client devices, follow these steps:
1. Determine the type of connection you want to establish: either via one wire pair (SISO) or via two wire pairs (MIMO). The default setting is one wire pair connection.
2. Connect the devices using the provided RJ11/RJ11 telephone cable. The cable can be connected straight or crossed.
3. Plug one end of the RJ11/RJ11 telephone cable into the TAE-F/RJ11 plug on the G.hn master device and the other end into the TAE-F/RJ11 plug on the G.hn client device.
4. Connect the DC-12V/1A power adapter to the devices and plug it into a power outlet.
5. The devices should now be connected and ready to use.
Note: The maximum range of the G.hn connection depends on the type of cable used, the connection type, and the environment. The web interface of the devices allows you to configure various settings, such as the bandwidth split and IP address configuration.
