To connect speakers to the Yamaha PC 9501N Power Amplifier, you have two options: using the 5-way binding post-output jacks or using the Speakon connector.
1. Using the 5-way binding post-output jacks:
- Turn off the POWER switch on the amplifier.
- Remove the cover attachment screws and remove the protective cover from the speaker terminals.
- Strip about 15 mm of insulation from the end of each speaker cable.
- Pass the bare wire through the holes in the appropriate speaker terminals and tighten the terminals to securely clamp the wires. Make sure the bare wire ends do not jut out from the terminals and touch the chassis.
- Reattach the protective cover over the speaker terminals.
2. Using the Speakon connector:
- Turn off the POWER switch on the amplifier.
- Insert the Neutrik NL4FC plugs into the Speakon connector on the rear of the amplifier and turn them clockwise to lock.
Note: Make sure to use speakers that support the PC 9501N's line-out voltage of 100 V.
