To adjust the speed settings on the Cuisinart SMD-50GRPH Precision Pro Digital Stand Mixer, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the mixer by pressing the power button.
2. The LED digital display will illuminate, indicating that the mixer is ready for use.
3. Use the digital LED dial to select the desired speed. The mixer offers 12 speed options.
4. The LED dial will show the selected speed as you turn it.
5. Once you have selected the desired speed, the mixer will start operating at that speed.
