To clean the Midea MDRC152FZG01-SG Chest Freezer, follow these steps:
1. Turn off the power and unplug the freezer.
2. Remove all food, baskets, and containers from the freezer.
3. Use a soft cloth or sponge dampened with soapy water or diluted detergent to clean the interior of the freezer. You can also use a solution of two tablespoons of baking soda and a quart of warm water.
4. Rinse with water and wipe clean.
5. For difficult-to-reach areas, use a soft rag or thin stick to remove any debris or dirt.
6. Clean the door gasket with a soft cloth dampened with soapy water or diluted detergent.
7. Wipe the outer surface of the freezer with a soft cloth dampened with soapy water or detergent.
8. Do not use hard brushes, clean steel balls, wire brushes, abrasives, organic solvents, boiling water, acid, or alkaline items, as these may damage the freezer surface and interior.
9. Do not rinse directly with water or other liquids during cleaning to avoid short circuits or affecting electrical insulation.
10. Once cleaned, let the freezer dry naturally before turning on the power and placing food back inside.
