To connect your Hatch Rest+ to the Hatch Sleep app, follow these steps:
1. Download the Hatch Sleep app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and install it on your phone or tablet.
2. Plug in your Hatch Rest+ using the custom power cable provided. Connect the power cable to Rest+ and then plug it into a power outlet.
3. Open the Hatch Sleep app on your device.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions in the app to connect your Rest+. This process should take approximately 10 minutes.
5. Once connected, you can control and customize your Rest+ through the app.
