To charge the GARMIN Dynamic Running Pod, please follow these steps:
1. Use a DC 5V power adapter or connect it to a computer USB port.
2. Connect the USB cable to the charging port of the running pod.
3. Ensure that the device is properly connected and the charging cable is securely plugged in.
4. During charging, the LED indicator on the running pod will flash red three times every two seconds.
5. Once fully charged, the LED indicator will stay red.
6. It is important to use an adapter that matches the rated voltage of the device to avoid any damage.
Please note that it is recommended to charge the device before first-time use.
