To select the appropriate soil level for your laundry load on the Whirlpool WTW4855HW washer, use the Soil Level button. This button allows you to choose the setting that is most suitable for your load. For heavily soiled and sturdy fabrics, select the Heavy Soil Level for a longer wash time. For lightly soiled and delicate fabrics, select the Light or Extra Light Soil Level for a shorter wash time. Choosing a lighter soil-level setting can help reduce tangling and wrinkling. Simply press the Soil Level button to cycle through the available options and select the desired setting for your specific load.
