1. Begin by specifying the wire configuration when ordering the product. The template for installation remains the same regardless of the wire configuration chosen.
2. Ensure compatibility with the electrified hardware manufacturer by specifying it during the ordering process.
3. The hinge section requires a frame with a 90° opening for proper installation.
4. Refer to the "Wire Transfer View" provided in the manual for guidance on connecting the wires.
5. The product uses a single conductor #22 AWG miniature hook-up wire for applications requiring extreme flexibility.
6. The conductor is made of #22 AWG 168/44 (0.002") soft bare copper LHL.
7. The insulation is made of a proprietary formulation PVC with a 0.010" nominal wall that meets VW-1 flame requirements.
