According to the instruction manual, the Medisana HU 670 Maxi Fleece Heated Underblanket can be cleaned in a gentle wash cycle at a maximum temperature of 30°C. It is important not to bleach, dry the blanket in a tumble dryer, iron it, or dry clean it. After cleaning, make sure to let the blanket cool down completely before folding and storing it. Do not fold it too tightly. Ideally, store the underblanket folded in its original carton in a clean and dry place.
