To assemble and use the SEALEY CB20V 20V Cordless Leaf Blower, please follow these steps:
1. Safety Precautions:
- Always wear appropriate eye protection, ear protection, substantial footwear, gloves, and long trousers while operating the leaf blower.
- Remove any ill-fitting clothing, ties, watches, rings, loose jewelry, and contain long hair.
- Inspect the equipment before use and ensure it is in good working order.
- Regularly maintain and clean the tool and battery pack, checking that air holes are clear.
- It is recommended to have the tool serviced by an authorized agent using genuine parts only.
2. Battery Precautions:
- Before performing maintenance, making adjustments, inspecting the machine after striking an object, clearing a blockage, leaving the tool unattended, or moving to the next job location, always remove the battery.
- Risk assess the work area and keep bystanders and pets away from the work area.
- Do not operate the leaf blower in bad weather conditions, especially when there is a risk of lightning. Only use it in good light and avoid exposing it to rain.
- If the tool vibrates abnormally, switch it off, remove the battery, and inspect it.
- Do not touch hazardous moving parts and allow the tool to come to a complete stop before touching it.
- Do not operate the leaf blower while tired, ill, under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating drugs.
- Do not use the tool if it is damaged or if the air tube is damaged or missing.
- Store the leaf blower with the battery removed and in a dry, childproof location.
3. Operation:
- When operating, always hold the leaf blower approximately 3cm above the ground.
- Do not blow hot, flammable, or explosive materials.
- Connect the blower tubes to the main unit and secure them with the provided xxxx .
- Insert the compatible 20V battery into the leaf blower.
- Switch on the leaf blower using the switch on the handle.
4. Maintenance:
- Before attempting any maintenance, always remove the battery.
- Keep all nuts, bolts, and screws tight to ensure the machine is in safe working condition.
- Examine the machine regularly and replace worn or damaged parts with genuine replacements for safety.
- Keep the garden product and ventilation slots clean for safe and proper working.
- Do not spray or immerse the leaf blower in water.
- Store the leaf blower in a secure, dry place out of the reach of children.
- Do not place other objects on the blower.
