To replace the battery in the SPORTSTECH STX300 Stepper, follow these steps:
1. Lift the computer upwards out of the frame and turn it over, taking note of the cable on the underside.
2. Replace or insert a LR44 battery, making sure to pay attention to the correct polarity.
3. Carefully reinsert the computer into the frame.
