To install the BURG WACHTER SA 1280 Security Anchor, please follow these steps:
1. Using the anchor plate as a template, drill two pilot holes using a Ø 10 mm drill bit.
2. Remove the plate and re-drill the two holes with a Ø 16 mm concrete bit to a depth of 85 - 90 mm.
3. Remove the threaded bolts from the anchor fixings. Place the bolts through the holes in the anchor plate and hand tighten them into the anchor fixings.
4. Insert the two anchor fixings into the prepared holes.
5. Holding the plate firmly against the wall or floor, tighten the bolts using a hexagonal head tool.
6. Once the anchor is fitted and checked, the two steel balls can be hammered into the heads of the bolts. This makes it resistant to attack and unbolting.
