To install the zencontrol ZC-PIR-ST Standalone PIR Sensor, follow these steps:
1. Inspect the product for any damage. If it is damaged, do not install it and return it for replacement.
2. Choose a suitable location for installation, considering the conditions mentioned in the detection pattern section of the manual.
3. Drill a mounting hole in the desired position using an 83 mm hole saw.
4. Push the spring clips in and insert the sensor into the mounting hole. The spring clips will automatically release, securing the sensor flush against the ceiling.
5. Remove the covers and wire the sensor according to the diagrams provided in the manual. Secure the wiring using the included cable ties.
6. For models with a relay output (-r models) and an earth loop, use the included safety covers.
Please note that the installation should be carried out by a licensed electrician, and it is important to comply with all relevant building and safety codes.
