To switch between the laser distance meter function and the wall detecting function on the NOYAFA NF-518S Multifunctional Digital Detector, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the device by long-pressing the power button.
2. By default, the device is set to the laser meter function. To switch to the wall detecting function, short press the survey button.
3. To switch back to the laser meter function, short press the button.
You can also access the system menu to make additional settings and adjustments by long-pressing the button when the device is on. The system menu includes options such as history data, unit setting, audio switch, variation setting, sensitive setting, metal detection collaboration, and information about the instrument.
