To install the Yotta DPI-208 and DPI-480 Microinverters, please follow the steps outlined in the user manual:
1. Verify the grid voltage to match with Microinverter rating.
2. Install the AC bus cable, ensuring the conductors are wired correctly.
3. Attach the Microinverters to the racking, making sure to mark the location of each Microinverter on the rack.
4. Ground the system using either the grounding washer or grounding copper wire through the grounding lug.
5. Connect the DPI-208 and DPI-480 Microinverters to the AC bus cable, ensuring a secure connection.
6. Install an AC bus protective end cap at the end of the AC bus.
7. Connect the DPI-208 and DPI-480 Microinverters to the PV modules, making sure to connect each PV module to the same channel.
8. Complete the DPI-208 and DPI-480 installation map by affixing the removable serial number labels to the respective locations on the map.
9. Turn on the AC circuit breaker on each Microinverter AC branch circuit.
10. Turn on the main utility-grid AC circuit breaker. The system will start producing power after a locally mandated delay.
11. Install and setup the Yotta Energy Communication Unit (ECU) according to the instructions in the ECU manual.
12. The Yotta DPI-208 and DPI-480 Microinverters will start sending performance data over ZigBee to the ECU.
