To connect the TCP Smart WiFi Oil Filled Radiator to your Wi-Fi network, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the radiator is turned on.
2. Download the TCP Smart App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store on your smart device.
3. Open the app and create an account or log in if you already have one.
4. Ensure that your home Wi-Fi router is running on a 2.4GHz network (not 5GHz). If you're unsure, contact your broadband provider for assistance.
5. Turn off any Wi-Fi extenders during the setup process.
6. In the app, tap on the "+" icon to add a new device.
7. Select "Heating" as the device type.
8. Hold down the Mode button on the radiator for 3 seconds until the Wi-Fi symbol on the screen blinks rapidly.
9. In the app, enter your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password.
10. Follow the on-screen instructions in the app to complete the connection process.
11. Once connected, the Wi-Fi symbol on the radiator's screen will be continuously displayed.
