To charge the battery, plug the Battery Charger (number 15 in the component list) into a suitable mains power outlet. Then, insert the opposite end of the charger into the top of the Battery. The green indicator lights on the Battery will indicate the charging status. Pressing the Charge Indicator Button (number 13) will show the level of charge. A flashing light indicates a low battery that needs charging, solid green lights indicate a partially charged battery, and all green lights indicate a fully charged battery. It is important to use the charger provided with the tool and to follow the charging instructions in the manual to ensure safe and proper charging of the battery.
