To replace the lightbulb in the CONAIR BE104X Variable Lighted Makeup Mirror, please follow these steps:
1. Turn off the power and unplug the mirror. Allow it to cool for at least 3 minutes before proceeding.
2. Remove the two screws located on each side of the mirror to separate the top half of the housing from the bottom half that is affixed to the stand.
3. Unscrew the old bulb and replace it with a new bulb. Make sure not to use a bulb greater than 20 watts.
4. Carefully align the xxxx holes on the top half of the mirror with the bottom half. If they don't line up, turn the top half of the mirror 180 degrees.
5. Insert the two screws into the xxxx holes and tighten them securely.
If you need replacement bulbs, you can contact the Conair service center at 1-800-3-CONAIR and ask for replacement bulb information (replacement #RP3435B). They offer a two-pack of bulbs (1 clear, 1 blue) for $9.
Please remember to turn off the power and unplug the mirror before replacing the lightbulb to ensure your safety.
