To install the EATON IL0131075EN air circuit breaker, follow these steps:

1. Ensure that all breakers are in the OPEN and DISCHARGED position before proceeding.
2. Remove the screws holding the cover in place and remove the front cover.
3. Install the drive arm to the end of the pole shaft using the provided  xxxx . Apply Loctite Blue 242 to ensure it stays in place.
4. Install the trip pin to the trip bar using the provided  xxxx . Apply Loctite Blue 242 to ensure it stays in place.
5. Fasten the interlock assembly to the fixed mounting bracket using the provided bolts and lock washers.
6. Fasten the fixed mounting bracket to the right side fixed breaker mounting foot using the provided thread-forming screws.
7. Re-install the  xxxx  that was removed earlier.
8. Fasten the cable brackets to the right fixed mounting bracket using the provided thread-forming screws.
9. Route and install the cables according to the recommended cable routing and installation procedures. Refer to the provided diagrams for guidance.
10. Attach the drive (short rod) end of the cables to the interlock assembly and cable bracket using the provided instructions.
11. Attach the driven (long rod) end of the cables to the cable bracket and interlock assembly on the Type RF frame breaker.
12. Adjust the cables to ensure proper functionality of the cable interlock setup. Refer to the provided instructions for details on how to adjust the cables.
13. Perform a functional test of the interlock assembly according to the provided test sequence.
14. Once the interlock assembly is properly installed and adjusted, use a small amount of lubricant if needed.
