To turn on the HOLOSUN SCS MOS-RD Solar Charging Sight, long press the function button for 1 second. This will activate the power and the sight will be powered by the internal battery. To turn off the sight, long press the function button again to cycle through the reticle options (dot-circle -> dot -> circle -> OFF). When you reach the "OFF" option, the sight will shut down and power off.
Please note that the reticle brightness is automatically adjusted according to ambient lighting conditions. The change of ambient light is collected by a photosensitive sensor, and the circuit calculations automatically adjust the reticle intensity. Additionally, if the reticle brightness is insufficient, you can increase it temporarily by pressing the function button, activating the brightness override function. Pressing the function button again will deactivate the override. The override function increases the brightness several levels and will automatically deactivate after 30 minutes.
