To change the unit of measure on the Scarlett SC-KS57P59 Digital Kitchen Scales, locate the unit of measure switch on the back side of the scale. Use this switch to select the desired unit of measure: grams (g), kilograms (kg), pounds (lb), ounces (oz), milliliters of water (ml water), or milliliters of milk (ml milk). Simply slide the switch to the corresponding unit of measure. The scale will now display weights in the selected unit.
