To perform a leak check on the JETBOIL Flash Cooking System, follow these steps:
1. Perform the leak check outside in a well-ventilated area.
2. Connect the fuel canister to the valve by threading it in the orientation shown in Figure 4.
3. Apply soapy water on the gas connection between the fuel canister and the valve.
4. Look for the formation of bubbles, which indicate a gas leakage.
- If a leak is detected, do not attempt ignition. Remove the fuel canister immediately and contact Customer Service.
- If no leak is found, detach the fuel canister. The leak check is complete.
Please note that checking for leaks using a flame is not recommended, and if a leak is detected, it is important to remove the fuel canister and contact Customer Service.
