To connect the MSB Select DAC to your audio amplifier, follow these steps:
1. Connect the balanced analog outputs of the DAC to the inputs of your amplifier. The DAC has XLR analog outputs, so make sure your amplifier has XLR inputs. Use high-quality XLR cables for the best sound quality.
2. Use the volume control xxxx on the DAC or the remote control to adjust the output level. Start by turning the volume xxxx up until you hear music.
3. If you have an analog source that you want to connect to the DAC, you can enable the analog input in the DAC menu. This can be set to volume control the analog input or bypass the analog input if you want to use another volume control for your analog source.
4. Make sure to properly burn-in the DAC for at least 100 hours for optimal performance. Customers generally report improvement up to one month of burn-in.
