To reset the Paul Neuhaus 8412-55 Q-Vito LED Pendant Light to factory settings, follow the steps below:
1. Ensure that the light is turned off and disconnected from the power source.
2. Locate the reset button on the light fixture or the remote control.
3. Press and hold the reset button for approximately 10 seconds.
4. Release the reset button.
5. The light will flash or blink to indicate that the reset process has been successful.
6. After the reset, the light will be restored to its factory settings and can be integrated into a ZigBee network.
