According to the instruction manual, the filters in the MEDIFY AIR MA-18 Air Purifier should be replaced at least once every three to four months or after 2,500 hours of use, whichever comes first. It is important to use genuine and original Medify Air replacement filters for optimal performance. The filter replacement indicator on the unit will illuminate when it is time to replace the filters. After replacing the filters, press and hold the Reset button for 3 seconds to reset the filter replacement sensor.
