To activate the Frostmatic function on the AEG SFE618F1DS refrigerator, press and hold the Frostmatic button for 3 seconds. The Frostmatic indicator will switch on, indicating that the function is activated. The Frostmatic function is used for pre-freezing and fast freezing in the freezer compartment. It accelerates the freezing of fresh food and protects already stored food from warming. The function will automatically stop after 52 hours. To deactivate the Frostmatic function, press and hold the Frostmatic button for 3 seconds again. The Frostmatic indicator will switch off.
