To properly adjust the spring tension on the HYDRA1A Counterbalance Monitor Arm, follow these steps:
1. Start by positioning and firmly holding the arm horizontally.
2. If needed, ask for assistance to ensure the arm remains horizontal during adjustments.
3. Use the supplied Allen Key to locate the adjustment xxxx .
4. If the arm drops when released, turn the adjustment xxxx clockwise until it stays in a horizontal position.
5. If the arm rises when released, turn the adjustment xxxx counter-clockwise until it stays in a horizontal position.
