To pair the TRÅDFRI steering device with your TRÅDFRI driver, follow these steps:
1. Connect at least one product to the driver and ensure that the power supply cord is connected to a power socket and the switch on the cord set is turned on.
2. Locate the pairing symbol on the driver. It is usually indicated by a specific icon or label.
3. Hold the steering device close to the pairing symbol on the driver, keeping it no more than 5 cm away.
4. Press and hold the pairing button on the steering device for at least 10 seconds. During this time, a red light will shine steadily on the steering device.
5. The product connected to the driver will begin to dim and flash once, indicating that the driver is being paired to the steering device.
After completing these steps, your TRÅDFRI steering device should be successfully paired with your TRÅDFRI driver. You can now control and dim your connected products using the steering device.
Please note that if you have multiple drivers, you can pair each one with the steering device, allowing you to control or dim all the connected products simultaneously. It is recommended to pair the steering device with the drivers before final placement to ensure easy access during the pairing process.
