To properly install the KICKER PSC57 Coaxial Speaker on your motorcycle, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that your motorcycle and radio are turned OFF before starting the installation process.
2. If your saddlebag has a grille, remove the four grille retaining screws from inside the saddlebag. If there are specific manufacturer guidelines for removing the grille, follow those instructions.
3. Disconnect the speaker leads from the speaker that needs to be replaced. If your speaker is equipped with Harley-Davidson Plugs, unplug them from the speaker.
4. Remove the speaker to be replaced by unscrewing the four mounting screws that secure it to the bag lid. Take out the speaker.
5. From inside the saddlebag, feed the speaker leads into the top of the saddlebag speaker cavity, connecting them to the positive and negative terminals of the PSC57. If your motorcycle has Harley-Davidson Plugs available, simply connect them to the speaker.
6. Install and mount the PSC57 speaker using the four screws that were removed in Step 4. Make sure that the tweeter and speaker are oriented towards the front of the motorcycle.
7. Replace the grille and reinstall it using the grille retainer screws that were removed in Step 2. Follow the necessary steps for your specific make and model of motorcycle.
Optional: If you prefer, you can replace the HD logo on the grille with the KICKER logo.
Once the installation is complete, you can enjoy your new coaxial speaker upgrade on your motorcycle.
Please note that over-tightening the mounting fasteners may result in damage to your motorcycle. Refer to your service manual for proper procedures and torque specifications. KICKER is not responsible for any damage resulting from improper installation techniques.

If you need to return defective items directly to Stillwater Designs (KICKER), contact the KICKER Customer Service Department at (405) 624-8510 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Make sure to package only the defective items to prevent shipping damage.
