To assemble the Lorelli Wind Balance Bike, please follow these steps:
1. Insert the steering fork into the frame.
2. Place the handlebar with the driver inside, through the slot at the end of the fork. Make sure the clamp points forward.
3. Tighten the clamp using the Allen Key provided.
4. Loosen the bracket and mount the seat to the desired height. Be careful not to exceed the limit.

It is important to note that proper assembly should be done by an adult. Regular safety checks should also be carried out to ensure the integrity of the assembly.
