To connect the DEFA DSRC50 Showroom Charger to your vehicle's battery, follow these steps:
1. Make sure to read the user manual carefully before use and ensure you are familiar with the safety instructions.
2. Connect the red clamp of the charger to the positive (+) terminal of the battery.
3. Connect the black clamp of the charger to the negative (-) terminal of the battery.
4. If there is a recommended connection point by the vehicle manufacturer, you can connect the clamps to that point instead.
5. The charger is designed to be used with lead/acid, AGM, EFB, GEL, and lithium batteries. Always refer to the battery manufacturer's recommendations for proper usage.
6. Connect the DC charging cable to the charger.
7. Connect the AC mains cable to the charger.
8. Push the power button once to start the charger. The charger will initiate the pre-analyze process.
9. To turn off the charger, push the power button again.
Note: It is important not to shorten or lengthen the charging cables to ensure the correct charging voltages are applied.
