To install the COOKOLOGY CGL100BK Cooker Hood, please follow the instructions provided in the manual. Here is a step-by-step guide:
1. Before installation, turn off and unplug the cooker hood.
2. Determine the height at which you want to place the cooker hood. It should be 65-75cm above the cooking surface for optimal performance.
3. Measure the position of the holes for hanging the hood and the inside chimney bracket. Drill 4 φ8 holes, 2 for the inside chimney bracket and 2 for hanging the hood. Ensure that the hood is level.
4. xxxx two 4 x 30mm screws on the wall with wall plugs to fix the hood. Use two 4mm x 40mm screws to fix the inside chimney bracket.
5. Attach the glass according to the lead direction and use screws to fix it. Attach the expansion pipe onto the one-way-valve and fix it with a cable tie. Lay the expansion pipe to the wall outlet.
6. Dress the inside chimney into the outside chimney.
7. Hang the hood on the wall in the fixed position, adjusting its position if necessary. Fix the hood with safety screws.
8. Put the two chimneys together onto the cooker hood body. Adjust the height of the inside chimney and fix it to the inside chimney bracket. Ensure that the inside chimney can be flexed freely.
9. Note that the two safety vents are positioned on the back housing, with a diameter of 6mm.
